Jodi is a wife of almost 20 years to her husband Matt and a mother to their four children. She is also an elementary level Reading specialist and a certified yoga instructor. She is passionate about leading Christian inspired yoga classes, reading, and writing. She loves to travel with her family, and she spends any time she can outdoors.

Mental Health is something that we need to talk about more. 1 in 5 adults experience mental illness in their lifetime and just like we would go to the doctor for a physical illness, we need to normalize getting the help we require for a mental illness. Jodi shares her own journey with anxiety and depression in today's episode and offers encouragement for those who may be silently struggling as well. Mental illness can happen at any age and can be hard to talk about especially as a mother. Jodi shares how she was able to overcome in her story and encourage her kids through her season of depression.
